What's your biggest meal of the day?

Mine was dinner, but now with water aerobics from 7:00-8:00pm twice a week, I can't eat a big meal before getting in the water.

So I'm wondering what meal you all make your biggest meal of the day, or do you eat several small meals of the same size?
 
I have been playing with that. I have noticed that I do better weight loss wise when I switch to my big meal at lunch, I have a small breakfast, big lunch and a small dinner.
 
Usually our evening meal is the largest. We probably should change that, it might help some.

But so far it's working for us.
 
It varies for me...Sometimes it is lunch, other days it is dinner...mostly lunchtime though I am noticing I eat more! :)
 

Mine is dinner. It works out great for me because I used to graze a bunch after dinner (prior to WW). Now I have my very yummy dinner and a small snack later and I'm set for the night! No more snacking after 7:00!!
 
Definitely dinner for me, because I still TRY to have the family eat dinner together as often as possible. With two teenagers in the house, it's a little difficult, but it's important to me. (DD leaves for college in less than 4 months....)

The only exception is Wednesday -- Atlanta Bread Company has chicken chili that day and it's my absolute favorite! I get the chicken chili and a half veggie sandwich for lunch almost every Wednesday, which doesn't leave me too many points for a big dinner. I'll usually have a Lean Cuisine or something and make something heavier in points for the rest of the family, since I won't be eating it. ;)
 
Dinner is usually the biggest meal!! WHile I am working it is better to have samller meal or some snacks and eat more when I get home. I rarely have time to enjoy my lunch as it is!! I would never be able to do a big lunch!!!
