What's your best money saving tip?

For me the best thing is to froze my credit card in the freezer for a year! ( in wather and plastic bag)

I keep a monthly list of all the money I save at the grocery store with coupons and rebates. If you have a store that doubles coupons, it really helps! At the end of each month, I add it all up, write myself a check, and deposit it into the Disney fund. My family thinks I'm really "cheap" but I usually save at least $75 a month!!

All 3 of our households (DD, DS & myself) do a lot of the same as earlier postings. Pennies, nickels and dimes are saved in Disney change jar; quarters are rolled and exchange monthly at Disney Store for Disney $). One's and five's go in special envelopes for Disney $ or for tips to aircap, bell services, ground transportation, housekeeping, etc. Also, at the end of every month after bills are paid, I "write" check to myself for whatever is left. Although I don't actually write the check, I do deduct it and count is as outstanding when I reconcile. So by the time we leave in November, there should be a fair amount just for my spending money.

It really is amazing how much you can accumulate by doing it on small scale, but regularly.
