Im wondering on the 3 day cruises, what percentage of people do you think do the land/sea pkg vs what percentage do "cruise only"? Im trying to estimate how long the check in line will be at the port, based on how many have already checked in at their resort.

We are leaving the Poly at 9:45-10:00 so I figure we should arrive at the port by 11:00. Do you think the check in line will be long by then?

We almost always do cruise only, and when we do WDW/cruise, we book each part separately ourselves. I'd love to do more combo trips, but there just aren't enough vacation days.
If you don't get to the port any later than 11, you should be okay. We got there really early in Jan., and if I remember correctly, it started getting long around 11:15-11:30.

We have also done the cruise only, and were lucky enough to walk-up to a CM at check-in. This is usually around 1 or 1:30, so the early arrivals have already boarded. You may not want to get there this late if you want to make ressies at Palo or the spa.

Thanks for the info!
Yes, we definitely want to be there early. When we did the land/sea we arrived at the port around 1:20 and we didnt see any lines then. We just walked right on the boat. This time since the kids arent coming, I want to be in line for Palo bright and early to get what we want, so getting on the ship asap is important.
Maybe I should change our pick up time to 9:30 instead of 9:45.
