There was a thread about it a few days ago. It helped me. Something about clearing all your Disney.go cookies in your Temporary Internet Files. The instructions were more specific, but it worked for me. Wish I could find that thread for you.
I had to do something like this too - had trouble last week. Clear out as many cookies and temp internet files as you can find, and you'll probably be ok.
To delete cookies, go to the Tools option on your tool bar, which will bring up another list of options. Last option on my list is "internet option" This will bring up a box with a bunch of options in it--midway down on the page is a box tha says "delete cookies". Click that, then click ok.
Thanks for the info. My tool bar didn't have the options listed, but I went to Start and then Settings--Control Panel, then Internet Options and went from there. I hope this works!!
