If you really and truly believe this, you need to talk to a counselor to get the help that you need to work through those thoughts. Good luck!

You have been through a great deal. With all that you have been dealing with I am not surprised that you are struggling. The best gift that you can give yourself and those you love or care about is for you to take care of you and right now I believe this would entail counseling. I took your advice and just made an appointment with my counselor that I was seeing a while back. I have an appointment for Thursday. Thank you for giving me that little nudge!
