MK on that Saturday night. Trying to figure out plans so I can start getting excited about making PS. and I have read bad horror stories about both.

TIA

P.S. If you had to guess, What percentage of WDW guests do you figure lurk/post on these boards? If you all tell me to go to MK, the will 80,000 people read it too and be there instead?

If you like yourself, never go to the MK on a Saturday, at all. Night or not ;)

Epcot will be far less crowded even during the food and wine festival than MK on a Saturday, any Saturday.

I think we have many more lurkers than we have posters. Take this thread for example. Before I posted there were 0 replies and 30 views. That's quite a few lurkers :) But even if they all decide to go to Epcot instead of MK on this particular Saturday night, Epcot will still be less crowded than the MK :teeth:

Come out, come out wherever you are, lurkers We know you're out there, come on out and play :)

I agree...Never go to MK on a Saturday night, and if you have to go on Saturday get there early and get back out around lunch time (unless, of course, you love wall to wall strollers, long waits, and total chaos). :)

I think it also depends on what your goals are. Do you want to commando through the park and see everything, or do you want to stroll and people watch, and catch an attraction here and there? Yes, WS on the first night (or any night) of F&WF will be more crowded than an average fall night in WS, but Future World I would not expect to be as crowded. And MK is ALWAYS bad on Saturday - no matter what time of day. If you have a laid back group and make a PS for your meal I wouldn't expect to have trouble in either place unless you have a list of "must do's" to get done.

Even though lots of folks use these boards regularly (whether to post or browse), keep in mind that not all of us will be at WDW at the same time. (But wouldn't it be fun if we were??)

It's surprising how hard it is to find a lime-green ribbon wearer in the parks, even though lots of us make it a point to wear our ribbons faithfully while we're there. When you're sittin' at home reading all these boards, it always seems like everybody in the world must be reading these posts!!

BTW, the only time you will find me at the MK on a Saturday night is if it's the only possible time we'll be able to see Spectro !!!:teeth:

I knew you would know better then me. I plan for us to do MGM in the daytime and then couldn't decide what to do for the evening. I had seen another post that said to avoid Epcot on the first night of FWF. It sounds like we should avoid MK.

I'm not sure about how the comando style will go. I do enjoy comando style touring and have done it before, but this will be my first trip with my children, so I kinda think my heart will rule over my OCD head and want to enjoy them seeing the magic

:)
