Ok, I know this is a dumb question, but last year when we were there we saw that trolley driving up and down main street....Is this a free ride for the public?? I thought at first it was like a "showy" thing they did with CM on board, but then it looked like regular people were on it.....??!! If it is free for all to use -where do u get on and where does it take you? Is there a set running time or does it run continuously?? Just wondering......
