First the site is down all day, now shut on the phone due to system-wide failure, now web site says I need to create a new log in id with my activation code?? That was on our papers years ago, as well as I am already in the entire Disney system under my current one, the DCL, passholder, dis destination, ...any one else seeing this?

I just created another thread with this exact same issue. We've been members since 1993, and have used the member site since it first went active however many years ago.

I have no idea where to get my "one time" code, which I would have used years ago anyway, so by definition it should not be good to use again, right?

Yes, but I'm assuming its due to the site still being down. Take a breath, hopefully it'll be back up tomorrow.

I hope this is just a glitch. We had such a hassle last time setting up 2 dif ones for dh and self, as mine is the one connected to all our other info.

I also was at the 7 month window this am so now 2x the amount of people trying to use/call/ fix with member svc whenever it goes online.

Love most things Disney but not a fan of the the it dept.
