What's with the helicopters and police this morning at USF?

We are at the PBH and there are helicopters circling and someone said that there are police cars at either Citiwalk or Hard Rock. Anyone know what's up before we head that way to go to the parks?

Nevermind, I just called downstairs and they said there is a BEAR roaming around HRH. She said with all of the new construction the poor bear is just looking for a new home. Can you imagine waking up and finding a bear outside your window?
