What's with Special Diets?

So our upcoming trip is in mid May. Last Tuesday I emailed Special Diets to ask about allergen information and get a copy of the lists. I haven't heard back yet so I sent another email thinking maybe they didn't receive it and still no reply. What is going on? Is it seriously taking them a week now to respond to people? Has anyone else had this problem?

Have you checked your spam folder. I find they sometimes end up in there.

I emailed them yesterday and had a wonderful response in less than an hour. Have you checked your spam folder?

Soooo, it looks like I had the wrong email address in my contacts. I had sent it to WDW.Special.Diets.@disney.com. That's the address I used over 2 years ago which is incorrect. The correct address in case anyone is interested is:

Special.Diets@disneyworld.com

I fixed the address and just got a quick reply stating that my email was received lol! I didn't realize the email address had changed!

Thanks! I feel pretty stupid for not having checked to make sure the email address was current. It never occurred to me that they would change it. Now I know!
