What's winter summerland?

I finally got a chance to read through my Allearsnet newsletter. In the section regarding ticket price changes to Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach is a reference to a Blizzard Beach/ Winter Summerland Combo. Can someone clue me in?

hi,right next to blizzard beach,there is a mini golf course.it has 2 sections to play on.one being witerland mini golf and the other being summer land mini golf.
