what's up with water park hours

i've been so busy checking on april and may hours at mk that i just now scrolled down to the hours at tl and bb on wdw site while they are open apr and may, there are quite a few days they are closed. tl is closed sun, mon and tues from apr27- may21 and bb is closed fri and sat until may 24. what's up with that? we have been twice at this time of year and they have both been open everyday. i'm really glad i noticed this, i will have to make sure i plan for a waterpark day when they are open. hope this helps anyone else planning their days

I believe the standard "Low Attendance" is the reason I read for this.

Hi Kathe!

We were at TL a week ago and I didn't think attendance was a problem then as it was packed solid with folks and we still had a fantastic time! My DH and I were like two little kids all day until the next day when we could hardly move after fighting those waves!

Very strange how they say park attendance is down but we found it to be the very opposite.

You must be getting really excited Kathe as your solo trip is fast approaching! Have a great time!

welcome back Sammi sounds like you had a fun trip. i'll know exactly what you mean about aches after fighting all the waves soon LOL i just love the wave pool at TL. i try to stand my ground for as long as i can before turning and running away from that tidal wave
you would think that attendance at the waterparks would be starting to go up as the weather gets hotter, so it doesn't make sense that they close completely on this many days of the week oh well, i am excited and can hardly wait for this trip, desperately need some "me" time, and what better place to have it but at disney are you going to write a trip report?
