What's up with online booking?

What's the deal? I've tried to book a room online for mid October for the past week and I can never get it to work! It's like the computer is down or something. Anyone know what's up with CRO?

You don't have your pop up blocker on do you? That may be the problem. I was able to look the October dates both yesterday and today. Didn't have any problems.

Are you getting the error message screen? I get that all the time looking for quotes. I just click the back button and try again, and it usually works the second try, but every time I look at a different resort or tweak the dates, then it comes up again. I have been calling to actually make reservations, because I don't know what would happen if the error message came up in the middle of paying the deposit. Their old program didn't have these kind of problems, and they've had this upgrade in long enough that they should have worked the bugs out by now.
