What's up with getting a Biergarten reservation?

I can't believe there's no availability for lunch or dinner across 7 days of our trip. We are going late Nov/early Dec. I tried on my first day to make this reservation. I even called dining to double check there wasn't a glitch with the Internet.

I will continue to check for possible openings due to cancellations.

This restaurant use to be one of the least favorite and you could even do a walk up and get in. So, what makes this restaurant so popular now?

There has been chatter here for about a week about no availability. The speculation is that either it isn't loaded in the system yet for some reason, or they are holding many tables for the Candlelight Processional which hasn't been announced yet.

I tried 187 days out to get one for Nov 26, but there was nothing. There is no way it was booked at that point. We arrive at Disney on Nov 19, this is the end of our trip. I keep checking to see if they've opened up, and I have a reservation finder on Touring Plans. Good luck to you too, this is one of our favorites.

It's always tricky for that time of year because they haven't loaded the CP packages yet. Just keep checking.

We made a 6:10 ADR there at only three months out, so yeah that's weird. Something going on at that time? Just keep checking OP

I'm also guessing it has to do with CP packages because we never have a problem getting Biergarten even a week or two out.

There were several available for dinner time on the 4th today. I also canceled a 5:00 on the 4th about 30 minutes ago to pick up a 5:00 Ohana on that night. Just keep checking. Also I think more will open up as others have said.

From me looking obsessively since Wed morning - you can book a lot of times from 12/2 on. But 11/24-12/1 not seeing anything. I want 11/28.
