What's up with Cricut.com?

I have been a member with cricut.com for quite a while now. But ever since they changed their new website, for some reason I cannot view any of the pictures in the "layouts" section. This was my favorite place to browse on the site but now I can't.

I have tried using my regular log in....no luck
I have tried using a different log in (registering with a new email)...no luck

Anyone else have this problem? I haven't been on since they changed things (whatever it was) and I'm really missing it.

Any suggestions?

You may have to reset your password. I know the sign-in now is your email address, not your screen name, if that helps.

I do remember doing this back when they first changed things. Here's the thing...I'm able to log in, I'm able to go to the community section, I'm able to get to the "layout" section but when I go to click on someone's layout that they've posted I get this....

You cannot view/download attachments. Try and register.

Now, mind you...I'm already logged in. Am I just having a dumb moment and can't figure it out or is there really a reason? LOL

I have also logged out of the website to log back in, but it says that my user name or password is incorrect. AARRGGHHH!!! I have tried it using my screen name/password and also my email address/password. Neither of them work? I'm getting really frustrated!!!

***I have just emailed Cricut, so hopefully I hear back soon. I really miss going on that site.

I have had the same problem logging in after I am already logged in on the site. It seems you have to log in on the new messageboard. I think this is weird after so much time, it seems you should just be able to go to the new one directly. I have had problems with it being soooo slow even at late night hours. To bad because I enjoy the folks on the site--so many talented people.

I can log into the old board but then when I got to the message board (which pops up as the new one) it shows that I'm logged out. When I try to log back in there it says I'm using the wrong password. I've gone through the "send me my password" thing but I never get an email. I can't even find a place to contact them or apply for a new account. Guess they don't need my business. This really stinks!

I just went to cricut.com and if you scroll to the bottom, there is a tab that says, "contact us". I just clicked that and sent them an email from there. I really hope I hear from them soon.

I'm having a hard time with the new site too
hate that you have to agree to not talk about SCAL or MTC - so I don't go any more - used to live on that site
