Whats this charge from?

Anyone know? WNT*REG.NET SW S I havent really done any Big offers lately but I have this charge pending for 39.95.

Reg.Net was one of those companies that processed orders for some of the programs like Google Money Toolkit &/or the ebay offers, though I'm sorry I don't remember which ones specifically.

Was that also the company that had emailed some people about pending charges for renewals after they already cancelled? Maybe someone can shed some light on this.

Yup that's the one. They have charged me twice for offers I cancelled and when you call it's "I'm sorry I do show you were cancelled in time. We will issue a credit--they still haven't." I believe this one for Grant Assistant. I just called this morning although it did me NO good. They even warned me not to question the charge with my credit card. HA I hung up and called my CC to deny the charge.

Thanks guys! Okay I just called my Bank, and now I pretty much have to wait it out, until the pending lifts.
