What's the word/phrase and Biergarten?

Having spent three days at Oktoberfest (in Munich) several years ago while in the military (and had three full years in Germany), I am very familiar with the first part but have never heard the second part (Zicke, etc) anywhere.

We had a German band for our Oktoberfest here and they sang the whole song-including the Zicke, zacke, zicke, zacke, hoi, hoi, hoi!-MANY times during the evening. It was also said at my wedding by my German in-laws as a toast.
And yes-it's always right before you take a drink of a tasty beverage
