What's the weirdest thing you have intentionally eaten?

fillet of sole with a strawberry sauce. It was a slow night at the restaurant. I knew the chef, and he wanted to experiment. It was better than it sounds, but never made it to the premanent menu

Once, while out with my parents as a young child, they told me to eat this 'chicken' when in fact it was octopus. i don't really remember this so i can't say i liked or disliked it, but when you are young you don't really have 'real' taste yet either.
as a side note i never eat seafood anymore! with one exception seen below.

I have intentially tried fried calimari and alligator tail. the calimari was rubbery and drowned in marinara sauce and the alligator was interesting..not too flavorful and not exactly like chicken as ppl sometimes say.

nothing too exciting but i think i remember my friend saying she was semi forced to try Tete a Tete in France, and then was told that it was cow brain
