In a word, BUSY!!! ThatMost schools do Spring Break either the week before or the week after Easter, so it's a very popular vacation time. And as such, you'll get Peak rates at the resorts (yuck).

As for weather...could be HOT, could be COLD! That's Florida for you! We used to live there....one year we did the Easter Parade at MK in shorts and t-shirts, but the next year we were still bundled up in sweatshirts and jeans! It could be anything....
