What's the Tag Fairy???? What does a Tag Fairy do???? Lots of info please.

She(or he..I never figured that out) puts a "tag" in color, where earning your ears is now. I think the TF lurks on th community board, and usually tags you with a quip or a funny quote from your posts. Just dont ask...but I think waving Chocolate can help
