What's the Sports Complex thing?

From what I read it looks like it's just the stadium for the minor league team... is there anything else to do here? We have 4 pluses and I'm considering instead of going to PI twice or both water parks, going to the Sports complex if it's worth it.

Hi MM,

You can definitely skip it. The only reason I've ever gone there is to register and get my packet for the half marathon. There's really nothing much to see.

Actually, the Wide World of Sports complex is home to the Atlanta Braves (not a minor league team), but unless you are there in March for baseball, or seeing an event such as Pop Warner football or cheering competition, there isn't much to do.
