I thought in the past that it was about a year ahead of time? Is that still the case? TIA

I know its' at least a year because I have been there before in Jan and booked our next trip for the following January.

You could definately do a room reservation a year out....but I tried to book park tickets for February 2007...and Disney said they wouldn't have rates out for Feb 2007 until probably June of this year. I would have been able to book a room only reservation, then add the park tickets later, but I decided to wait.

You can book a reservation up to 500 days from the day you want to check OUT.

Normally, their figures deal with checking IN, but for booking, the window is 500 days from the date of checkout.

Because park ticket expiration doesn't begin until you first USE the ticket, you can buy tickets now. Don't tell them the tickets are for a 2007 trip. You can buy now at the 2006 prices.

I think the poster meant they could not book a package for 2007 that includes tickets until June; the room could be booked individually and tickets added on as a separate component, but the dining can't be booked for 2007 yet so maybe that is why he/she opted to wait.
