I love to hear the music at WL on the walkway from the lodge to the bus stop. In the morning, I love walking to the bus stop feeling ready to start the day, and in the evenings it's feels so much like home to hear that music when I step off the bus and see the flickering lanterns on our walk to the room. It's so cozy and romantic.

I also like those flickering lanterns! It really adds to the ambiance!

If I had to pick my favorite out of the resorts I've stayed at(AllStar Music and Sports, POR Mansions & AB sections, WL and GF) I'd have to say WL wins hands down! ThAT BREATHTAKING FEELING YOU GET WHEN COMING THROUGH THE DOORS OF THE LOBBY GETS ME EVERYTIME!

OK here's a shot --

I love the way the sliding doors open into the lobby of the AKL and you're caught by the waft of curry from Boma.

I love walking barefoot around the Poly at night with the torch-light flickering

I love pulling into the Contemporary on the monorail in the pouring rain after a wicked-long day at MK

I love the seahorse-lights and the long halls in the beach club

I love the smell of magnolias in the Riverside section of PO

And I love going down to the lobby at WL at midnight and see the fire still in the fireplace, get your feet wet near the geyser, and running back up to the room with a couple of brownies!!

I love getting up early before everyone else and having my tea on the balcony, watching the 'world' wake up - and relaxing on the balcony at the end of a magical day, enjoying a glass of wine - so my 2 top favorites are BWV (boardwalk view, or course) and AKL (savannah view) !!

I'd have to pick 2, Poly~ I love sitting on the chairs outside our room with special drinks and dessert watching the ELP with my DS and then going inside and watching the bedtime stories. AKL~ I love reliving my honeymoon in Africa waking up to giraffes outside my window and that awesome coffee machine.
