What's the one reservation you can't get?

O'hana for me, too. We're trying for dinner on 9/7. I signed up for the Touring Plans reservation finder, and a couple days later got a text saying they had a 7:20pm reservation. PERFECT! By the time I got online, it was gone and haven't seen another opening since.

Darn. I have a 7:20pm on 9/6 for a party of 5 I was going to cancel.

I want BoG breakfast (or lunch if I can't get the breakfast) on my non-EMH MK day, or lunch on my EMH MK day. Other than that, all of the other reservations I wanted have eventually come up, even if not always at ideal times. One time, I accidentally searched Dec 29th instead of Nov 29th and got super excited when I saw availability. Then I saw I was in the wrong month. Bummer.

I've also always been lucky and gotten what we've wanted, including BOG dinner 6x. I will admit that I used TP reservation finder last Nov. for a CRT breakfast when I decided a month beforehand that I wanted it for the day after Thanksgiving, and they found it for me about 4 days after I put it in I've always gotten what we want when I initially make our ADR's, and for most trips I don't do it at 180 days. However I often add/change things as the trip gets closer and am able to find what we want. We're also extremely flexible with the times we eat, which I think helps a lot!

I haven't had too much trouble, since I don't make many reservations. Last year, I really wanted Crystal Palace breakfast. I tried and tried and finally got it when I was already down there. THEN...I got sick and had to cancel it, so I still haven't gone. That was painful.

I just can't book ADRs 180 days out- ever!! I'm just such a last minute person and don't plan that much anymore. But I usually get most ressies I want- even Ohana the day or two before. I get more last minute ressies because of people cancelling.
So if you're still having trouble try the day before. You'll be surprised with what you can get.

I was lucky to be able to book almost every reservation we were hoping for on our 180 day mark. The one reservation that I would like to switch our time for is Afternoon Tea @ GF and have signed up for touring plan alerts! I am only hoping to move it 45 minutes earlier....

Trip isn't until early December, but I can't seem to find any ADR openings for Ohana and CRT.

We had to make it for two parties of 8, arrived early, and asked for a large table together. Maybe this will help?

So if you're still having trouble try the day before. You'll be surprised with what you can get.

We got every restaurant we wanted, but I would love something earlier than 8:55pm at BOG for a party of 6. I have had the reservation finder text me a few times and I missed them all (most weren't much better, but one was 6:20- gone when I checked). Oh well.

Interesting about Via Napoli, though. We are also a party of 6 and I just checked and could get a dinner reservation any of the 10 nights were are there in early Sept, most nights with multiple options. I guess it is less popular for our week!

If you have an Apple Watch make sure to use it for he text messages from touring plans! I've been lucky to get instantly alerted and I literally sprint to my phone and have booked each alert that has worked for me!

We actually walked up and were able to be seated as a table of 8 at Via Napoli for lunch in December (no ADRs when I checked for months). So if you have your heart set on a place, it's always worth trying as a walk up.
For my last trip I couldn't get a BOG ADR. It didn't matter if it was breakfast,lunch or dinner, everyday of our trip had no ADRs available. This was right before Skipper Canteen opened though. Maybe my trip this May will be different?

Cinderella's Royal Table. I've tried and tried. I was there from March 2015 to January 2016 on the College Program, and could never pull up an opening despite trying numerous times. The main reason I'm booking my April Trip using Dreams Unlimited Travel, is because I want o eat here so bad, and apparently it's impossible for me to do this on my own, lol. Anywhere else, though, I've gotten at one time or another.

The only available time that has ever shown up for BOG was late dinner times during Christmas Party nights (useless for us). Can't even get lunch, but would prefer to do dinner. Hopefully some times pop up 60 days out when the fast passes can start being booked and people change dinner plans.

We are also trying to score BOG for the week after Thanksgiving, Party of 2.
As we booked this trip just last week, I did not expect to get BOG like
our Week after Thanksgiving trip in 2015,
when the plus 10 part of the allowed 180 + 10 ,
afforded us 5 BOG lunch ADRS--for each of our MK days--for 1:45pm lunches, exactly what we wanted.


It is very shocking to me that there was nothing available for your family, as most of the tables seat 4,
And as you starting trying to book right @ your 180 day window!!

I hope that you can eventually get one--maybe 30 days out when guests cancel their Packages?


We would prefer a lunch ADR, but cannot find even a late dinner on even the Party nights.

I have been having the hardest time with sci fi diner. Originally booked 180 days out, no problem, but about a month ago decided we are going to do a WP instead so I've been trying to change the time to a later dinner or even a different day! I was even able to move a park fare to give me another date to try.....ugh! Trying on three different days now. Didn't know this place was so popular!
