No rumors or news on any new deluxe hotels at Disney that I know of.They're big building boom came in the 1990's.

Disney just recently opened two Deluxe Villa Resort at Animal Kingdom Lodge and at the Contemporary Resort. I don't see them opening any more new Deluxe resort for a while. There main focus in the near future, in regard to resorts, will be the new Art of Animation Resort.
