What's the new name and theme for Hollywood Studios?

I heard they are supposed to change the name and theming of this park, just curious what it's gonna be.

Nothing official yet. Appears to be Star Wars and Pixar oriented.

Placing my bet...Hollywoodland

Keeps the Hollywood theme, movies etc. Can accommodate anything movie-related in the future

Takes out the pesky Studios part which isn't true anymore

Is a unique name among the Orlando theme parks (doesn't use Adventure)

I agree. I think it'll either be this or just Disney Studios but I think Disney's Florida Adventure is most likely.

I can't imagine them going with Disney's Florida adventure,there's nothing themed to Florida anywhere in the park.California Adventure makes sense since it is themed to California.I would also stay away from the plain Walt Disney Studios name which is the same name as the park in Paris which is regarded as the worst Disney park in the world,there's also not much in the way of studios in the park.I remember reading another thread about this subject and I don't remember hearing anybody mention what ArwenMarie mentioned,"Hollywoodland",I like it,it's simple and broad giving them the ability to place anything related to entertainment in the park,same as now but just getting rid of the studios moniker.Maybe they can come up with something better or more significant but up till now that's the one I've heard on these boards that I like best so far.Hollywood Adventure is not bad but it just seems like a tired rip off of other parks with Adventure in the name.

True,even after all these years as Hollywood Studios it doesn't seem as natural as Disney-MGM studios,it's like you had a dog and for it's first 5 years you owned him you call him Buck and the when he turned 6 you change his name to Rudy,it's just weird.Even the Hollywoodland that I think is the best so far just doesn't roll off the tongue like Disney-MGM studios.

I don't see any real reason to keep the Hollywood theme at all. They now do it better at DCA. I would say Disney Studios would've worked, but they a) already use that name in Paris and b) the backlot and "studio" are going away.

Hollywood is technically a place...but it's also an INDUSTRY. So the name Hollywood Adventure makes sense even though it isn't IN Hollywood. It's a park celebrating the film/Hollywood industry.

I also think Hollywoodland (the original name of the place known as Hollywood, BTW) would work.

I even dig the above suggestion of Tinsel Town.
