What's the new hotel by HOJO's?

Isn't there also a new Holiday Inn Express opening (or recently opened) behind the new Courtyard? I remember reading about Dis'ers have problems with their reservations, so I'm not sure when it's actually going to open.

Otherwise, as KalamityJane mentioned, there is a new Courtyard Marriott Theme Park Entrance that opened up just south of the HoJo. I stayed there in October and it was really nice. It's a hotel (opposed to a motel), so a bit more pricey, but everything is still nice and new. The waterpark area is a lot of fun.

Yes, there is a new Holiday Inn opening up back there. Not sure when its going to open though but should be before the new year I think.
