mine was at Disneyland as well. happened as I realized my then about 3 year old was seconds away from getting his hand crushed due to a less than stellar procedural move on the part of one of the monorail's cm's. I let out a scream as I rushed to try and prevent it that had people in the waiting area rushing to aide as well as people on the not yet departed monorail trying to exit to determine what was going on.

Not actually a wall -- it was a ledge just inside the entrance at DLR. He was looking the other way and rolled right off the ledge.
