What's the latest with Pirates?

I keep reading on the WDW boards that Pirates is open during April there. But when I look on the DL official site, it says Pirates is closed until 6/26 (that's 3 days later than they originally said a few months ago). Is Pirates "soft open" before then at DL, or is it completely shut down until 6/26?

I do not believe that DL will have a soft opening.

According to mouseplanet pirates *might* open to the public on the 25th but I don't see it opening any earlier then that. They are hyping it up to open with the movie premiere too much.
