What's the latest PS time you've gotten for ...

the Fantasmic dinner package? I really like to do the package and want to with a big group this summer but I hate having a 4:00 - 4:30 seating time for dinner. We will be dining at Hollywood & Vine. Anyone have luck getting a later time? If so how did you do it?

I'm not so sure that you would want a PS too much later unless Fantasmic is later than 7:00. To get seated, get and enjoy your meal will most likely take you until 6:00.

I can't answer your question directly, but I DO know that Fantasmic is shown later in the summer, it has to be dark to really appreciate the show, and so during that time, I'm sure you'll find later seatings for the dinner pkg. Hopefully someone on the board will be able to post to you w/ actual experience.

Just from my extremely limited experience...in booking my current trip...I called and booked the Fantasmic dinner package at Mama Melrose for early February. We're eating at 4:50...I was told that the LATEST they do a seating for the Fantasmic dinner package is 5pm. So...if that's accurate...you'd have to figure the best you can do is 2 hours prior to showtime.

In June Fantasmic is generally shown at 9:00 and 10:30 if there is a second showing. I have done the package before but have always just been given the earlier times, no later than 4:30. I was just wondering if anyone had been abel to get a later seating than that.

If you call 30 days before the date that you want to go, you can usually get a later seating. Mid June 2004, I got a H&V FDP PS for 5:30 or 6:00 pm. Earlier, when I'd called they only had 4:00 pm, which is way too early for dinner for me.

I am going this May and I don't plan to make my PS until mid April.
