I was just wondering what the difference was between the two ships.
Thanks!

Counting down to our first cruise on May 4, 2003

The ships are built the same, the differences are in theming.

Back of ship - Goofy hangs off the Magic, Donald off the Wonder

Lobby - Mariner Mickey statue on Magic, Ariel on Wonder.

Resturant - Luminere's on Magic, Triton's on Wonder

Entertainment District - Beat Steet on Magic, Route 66 on Wonder (and the names of the clubs are different as well).

Deck 9 Buffet - Topsiders on Magic, Beach Blanket Buffet on Wonder.

Also length of cruise - Magic does 7 day trips both Eastern and Western Caribbean, Wonder does 3 or 4 day trips to Nassau.

Some of the artwork is different as well. The feel of the ship is the same and both are wonderful. Enjoy your cruise!

The Magic is a bit bigger, isn't it?

Nope the same size, just the year built is different

Tonnage 83,000
Length 964 ft.
Beam 106 ft

The port hole opening for the Navigators Verandah on the Wonder is larger that the that on the Magic.

The Navigator's Verandah portholes on the Wonder are kind of oblong, while on the Magic they are round, and a bit smaller. The decor theme is different on the two ships. The Magic is Art-Deco, while the Wonder is Art-Nouveau (I was told this last, I would not recognize the difference....).

As was mentioned above, the deck plans are identical.

I absolutely LOVE the decor of the Wonder -- even more so than the Magic. The details are so pretty!
