What's the closest DVC Resort to MK/DD?

I want to stay as close to the parks as possible AND downtown disney.

The Villas at the Wilderness Lodge is the closest to the Magic Kingdom. Saratoga Springs is closest to Downtown Disney. The Boardwalk Villas and Beach Club Villas are closest to Epcot. Old Key West is close to Downtown Disney (but not as close as Saratoga Springs). Hope this helps!

Hmmmm. This question has various answers.

Closest to MK - Contemporary (by walking)
Closest to DTD - SSR (via walk or ferry)

Though that might change soon, the Contemporary isn't a DVC resort.

BCV and BWV are close to two parks, Epcot and MGM. Within walking distance.
