Whats the cheapest you've ever paid for 2 adults for transfers? I think on our next trip I'd like to stay the night before in FLA, The DCL transfers were fine so I wouldn' t mind staying at the hyatt the night before but if it were cheaper maybe I would just transfer that night & stay closer to port. Also- anyone have a specific company & package for insurance? I looked it up before our last trip but I couldn't decide which coverage was best! Thanks!!

travelex and travelguard are two. I think Global Care is another insurance company. It depends on cost of trip and different ages, so you need to figure that part out.

Transfers? DCL costs $49 per person MCO to Port and back. If you can get to Radisson or similar their shuttles are probably free or very cheap. Limo to the coast to get there may be pricey for two if you are trying to save money, but can be worth it.

Depends on what you want to do. Check around for tiffany, happy, FL Tours, there are others.

thanks for the info, but which coverage should we choose? I didn't know which one to pick with which limits etc... we have 2 adults. Thanks so much!:D

Rent a car at MCO, drive to Port, stay at the Radisson, return car in morning, take free rental car shuttle (Budget, it's close to port and hotel) to ship...reverse and repeat for return...cheap and seamless...less than 40 bucks to rent a car. This is what we did.

I guess I I have to rent the car again on the way home? I'm not sure that the $20 we would save ($80 round trip rent a car, $100 round trip DCL transfers) is worth having to drive there, we've never driven in florida at all & would be reading directions& stressing the whole time. I guess for 2 people DCL might be ok, if you had 4 people in a car for $40 each way it would be a great deal, $80 as apposed to $200! & I remember reading somewhere that taking the free shuttle at the raddison isn't that great as it's so crowded etc. Anyone know the going rate for the raddisson? Thanks so much, sorry for all the ????!!!! Thanks!:D

For our Nov 4 night cruise, we haven't figured out our night before logistics yet .. either staying in Orlando for the night & either taking a limo with friends or rentaing a car, or staying at the Radisson in Port C the night before (using a rental car to get there) ... onthe way back to MCO we've already decided on DCL transfers ($75 for three of us one way) even tho it costs more than a rental car, because it'll be less hassle that morning than getting a rental car.
