What's the chances of CRT being available?

I'm almost 100% that I will be booking a surprise trip for my kids in November since receiving the amazing deal with the free dining pin code.

However, one of my main purposes to go was to do CRT for my 2.5 yr old who is absolutely obsessed with Cindy's castle. It will be her birthday a few weeks later.

Here is the thing - I have not been able to get a reservation. So bummed. What are the chances something will open up???

There is always a chance.....did you try for lunch instead of the more popular breakfast?

I ask, because yesterday I was able to get our reservation changed to free dining and so I booked CRT....I couldn't get breakfast but I was able to get lunch and had a couple of different times to choose from. So you might try lunch.....from what the CM told me the characters are there for lunch, so it's just the food that's different. Dinner, we went in January, and Fairy Godmother and Perla dance and sing, but don't visit for autographs and photos and the only Princess seen was Cinderella in the lobby for the photo, so I wouldn't recommend that for a character loving child.

But...there is also a chance that someone could cancel, so it really just depends on how persistent you are, and how lucky. THe more you call the better chance you have....of course the more flexibilty the even better chance....breakfast/lunch and/or several days to choose from will all increase your chances.

When in November are you going? Remember that packages have to be paid within 45 days of arrival, so about 45 days out there may be some people cancelling both their room and all their ADRs. I'd definitely be trying that time.

I LOVED lunch at CRT back in January, and so did my 5 year old DD. The food was really good. We often book only a couple months in advance, and I've lucked out with lunch two times. Call now - you might be able to get it.

I also like lunch because we get to the park at opening, do Fantasyland and a few other things - then do lunch for a nice break.

We have also done dinner at CRT. Your daughter will still get to meet Cinderella and eat in the castle, but she won't see other princesses.
