What's the best way to ship things down to yourself

We will be staying at the pofq in a few days and getting ready to pack a few things down to us. Any tips on how we should address the package? Do we put our arrival date??? Where do we get the correct address to send it to us ....etc....

Any help appreciated

we stayed at music in dec and shipped a bunch of snacks, juices etc. a week ahead via UPS..they told us to make sure it had our resort name, last name and arrival date..i dont think it went directly to music though..they gave us a disney address but i think its a place where they accept packages?? best bet is to call the resort and find out the direct address this way there no screw ups..good luck

To mail a package - US mail, UPS or FEDEX...
Mail about 4 weekdays before you arrive.
Do do not send the box so the WDW resort holds your box in storage for more than 2 days. It will get lost

On the outside of the package addresss to
Your Resort name
Your Resort address
right below it state "hold for: Your Name"
and......... "arrival on MM/DD/YY"

Here is an Example with the correct address for PORFQ:

Port Orleans French Quarter
2201 Orleans Dr.
Lake Buena Vista, FL
32830-1000

Hold for : Mr. & Mrs. James Smith
Arrival on : Tuesday, July 3, 2007


Do not place your reservation # anywhere on the box.

I also place "hold for: Your Name" and "arrival on MM/DD/YY" on all sides of the box, in case my box is stacked with other boxes at the resort storage room.

When you get to the front desk - request your box.
