Whats the best way to request rooms?

Ive read that the Poly.Conc. Has 3 floors the 2nd not having a balcony. How would I go about requesting either the 1st or 3rd floors? I already have my ressie, do I just call the CRO and ask her to note the floor request?

I would send an email directly to the Poly concierge blg. I don't remember it but Tikiman's site has the email address.

How far in advance should I contact them?

I would also call CRO and ask them to add the request to your reservation. We have stayed with concierge in the past, but from what we were told, they are not responsible for room requests. Maybe this has changed but just to be safe, I'd call CRO.

You can contact them from now especially if you have 120 day priority seatings that you would like them to make for you.
