what's the best place to stay with 2 year old twins? Thte Poly and CR aren't in our budget....anywhere else that will work well for us? Any experiences or advice? thanks

How about WL? Its a deluxe but much less expensive than the Poly or CR. It has a boat to MK which is where you'll probably be spending lots of time. Of course kids love the values - especially ASM. For a moderate I would pick CBR but that's just because I like the "beach, tropical theme".

The Wilderness Lodge. It is just behind the Contemporary and is considered a deluxe light.

You still have direct boat service (depending on the hour you might stop at FW first) to MK and a diferent one to CR.

The values have that over the top theming my Ds loves!! We've stayed at POP and POR. DS loved POP, DH and I POR. We'll stay at POP for a little while linger until DS is a little older.

We took our twins to WDW when they were 2 yrs old. The resorts that worked best for us were the ones where we didn't have to load a bus all the time. If CR and Poly don't fit your budget, then the Epcot resorts probably won't work either. I agree with the above posters to try WL. You can roll your stroller right on the boat to MK. I think it's important to find ways to park hop where you don't have to unload and fold up the stroller all the time.

Another option is Swan and Dolphin resorts over in the Epcot area. They run some pretty good deals. You can walk/boat to both Epcot and MGM. There are endless eating options. Boardwalk is right around the corner too. Great area to stay.

You could always rent points (DVC) for VWL . The rent/trade board. At $10 to $12 a point Sun to Fri its the best deal around. $144 a night (no Tax) is not bad and you are still a boat ride away from MK. There is a slight risk but just be careful and you will be fine
