I've already booked lunch at the Blue Bayou for my celebrating-the-holidays day trip on 11/23, but I'm trying to figure out the best place to do dinner. I'm looking for a Christmas-y ambience, and of course delicious food! What are your favorites?

Storyteller's Cafe at the GCH. I like the fireplaces and Christmas decor. Lovely. . .

I concur with Dangermouse, we had Xmas dinner there in 2007 and enjoyed the special buffet they had for Christmas dinner.

Thanks so much DangerMouse and Jacky, I will definitely look into Storytellers!

Does anyone have any other recommendations?

Definitely Napa Rose if it is within your budget. Their food is absolutely amazing!

I love Napa Rose! I went their for my birthday a couple years ago. Thinking of trying somewhere new this time though.

Napa Rose is wonderful, but have you tried Steakhouse 55? Wonderful place with really good food/atmosphere and wait staff.

I haven't tried Steakhouse 55, but it sounds great! Do you know if they have good holiday decor/ambience?

It really is a great place and cost wise, if you're wanting to save a little money, its cheaper then Napa Rose. I'm not sure about the decor/ambience for the holidays, but I would assume like the rest of the resort that it would be very cozy and Christmasy. Someone else might be able to shed some light on that. :)

Enjoy your time during the Holidays. We went last year and had one of the most amazing times. Sad we can't be there this year.
