What's the AP Exchange Certificate?

Is this the voucher they mail you? Or is it the confirmation number you get if you book it online? Or will I have to wait for the voucher to get here to be able to book the Best Rate AP plan?

It's the bright green voucher.

Yes, it is the voucher they send you. Mine wasn't green though - it looked like the hanging card thing from the Disney Stores.
