What's the 80's song that goes...

"I, I just died in your arms tonight must have been something you said."

Foreigner > Died In Your Arm Tonight

I just died in your arms tonight,
It must have been something you said,
I just died in your arms tonight

I keep on looking for something I can't get,
Broken hearts lay all around me,
But I don't see an easy way to get out of this,

Her diary sits by the bed side table,
The curtains closed, the cats in the cradle,
But who would have thought a boy like me could come to this ?

Ooh..
I just died in your arms tonight,
It must have been something you said,
I just died in your arms tonight
Ooh..
I just died in your arms tonight,
It must have been some kind of kiss
I should have walked away,
I should have walked away

Is there any just coarse for felling like this ?
on the surface, I'm just a name on a list
I try to be discreet but the you blow it again.

I'm lost and found this is my final mistake,
Shes loving by proxy no giving, all take,
resigned to fill her fantasy one of so many times

Ooh..
I just died in your arms tonight,
It must have been something you said,
I just died in your arms tonight
Ooh..
I just died in your arms tonight,
It must have been some kind of kiss
I should have walked away,
I should have walked away

It was a long hot night, she made it easy,
she made me feel right, And now its over,
we're more then just gone
I followed my hands not my head
I knew I was wrong

Ooh..
I just died in your arms tonight,
It must have been something you said,
I just died in your arms tonight
Ooh..
I just died in your arms tonight,
It must have been some kind of kiss
I should have walked away,
I should have walked away

DH says:
"I just died in your arms tonight" by Cutting Crew.

Found this on the web: Best known for their huge 1987 hit "(I Just) Died In Your Arms", Cutting Crew was formed in England in 1985 by vocalist Nick Van Eede and guitarist Kevin Macmichael, and included drummer Martin Beedle and bass player Colin Farley.

Did you ever see that funny spoof with Will Ferrell and Horatio Sands on Saturday Night Live when they are a band performing this song at a wedding? LOL

I thought it was by Cutting Crew as well (Just Died in Your Arms Tonight)

ahhh Foreigner! I couldn't remember! oh thanks so much. I love this song. and I'm 14!

FYI it's not Foreigner it's Cutting Crew.

And...It musta been something you saaaaaaaaaid! LOL

LOL, I had no idea who sang it, just typed in the lyrics and the website said foreigner.

Guess you can't believe everything you read on the web;)

I used to love that song! :teeth:
Definitely was Cutting Crew and the skit on SNL was hilarious! :teeth:

I love when they spoofed it on SNL it was the only song the wedding singers knew hahahah:hyper:
