Ok ok I'm hoping I havcent missed the boat, here. I'm seeing all k8inds of references to 40% off, but I cant find the actual code or specifics of it. help a girl out here friends!

The 40% off code, was a specific pin code sent out randomly to people.They are only for use by the person whose name they are in.Some people have called CRo to see if they had a code attached to their name and just didn't receive notice.Some have received by snail mail others by email.

Just got off the phone with CSR. There was no pin attached to my name ....She did say that they are in the process right now of mailing/emailing MILLIONS of PIN #'s. She also said that if you know someone who has a PIN, that this person can book up to 3 rooms and it doesn't have to be in the same resort, just the same dates.

Please, please, please let me get a PIN # in my mailbox

We're considering the end of September, possibly into October. If we were to get lucky (I've done the DVD request, sign up all our email accounts etc.) would it apply to our whole trip or just the nights that fall before Sept. 27th?

I had one of the recent pin codes and all of our dates had to be within those dates in order to get the discount. I think however that we could have extended our stay, but would have had to pay the rack rate for the dates that ran past the promotion. I didn't do that though, so I'm not positive.

I called today and played dumb, cuz I got one under my maiden name. I said I had got one, but wasn't sure the dates, she took the pin and put in my dates and looked to see what came up....all star suites or saratoga. I took saratoga w/ a $1200 discount for 8 nights. I was already booked at pop. paying about 1,000 more than rack rate at pop for 8 nights at saratoga. I need to take out the rest of my package to figure out how much just the room is.

My dates...4/18 - 4/26, I got this 40% postcard and haven't got anything else. Nothing was linked to my married name, but this was linked to my maiden name. She was able to send it over w/the same address.

Hi I made my husband call to find if we had a code tonight. The CM didn't look him up but told him that they mail out codes every 3 months so that sounds correct with it being march and all. . .

Anybody recieve any recent codes yet this month from emails or calling?? it gives me hope when i read people posting they JUST recieved a pin code especially when they've been trying and trying. i've called about 4 times in Feb with no luck so hopefully March will be it!? i HOPE!! lol

I got a code!! let me rephrase that.....My husband got a code! It is for 20% but it is better than nothing. I was hoping for the 40% so we could enjoy the Poly.

My name and address has been in the Disney computers for 2 years, dd(10) and I were there in 2006 for 9 days, and I've never gotten a code, ever. I join DIS, learn about ordering the DVD, and ordered it using my husbands name just about 2 weeks ago. The email says that they know he is looking to travel to Disney in November. When I filled out the DVD request, I entered November for the time we were trying to visit. Thus, I think the request from a new name for the DVD and the time of year we were looking to go has triggered the code.

This past week I and my husband have called Disney to see if we have codes(never mentioning November) to no avail. Not sure if this triggered it either.

I haven't booked a thing yet, haven't even called. I wish you all could have seen my face when I saw the email

To me it seems that they are targeting people who have never visited and sign up for the DVD. Doesn't seem random to me but who knows .

I put a reservation on hold with the 20% off and then let it expire. A couple weeks later I got a postcard and received the 40% off... Not sure if it is coincidence.

I know I sound like a broken record, but here goes anyway:

Everyone here paying rack rate IS aware of the AAA discount, right? You can save anywhere from 10-20% from your room accomodations through AAA. It costs ballpark $50 to join, depending on where you live. And there are a limited number of rooms at each resort available for each date. The percentage rate depends on the resort and the time of year; none are available at Christmas time.

But if you're planning a trip well ahead of time, you should be able to get at least that AAA discount.

So you need to register with Disney to get your code? I think I have an old email address registered with the site- one I don't check. Guess I should update it!

And I've been thinking about joining AAA just because of this site- LOL!

I only got a 20% of code, but NOTHING has come to me or my email at all. I started a brand new request in my husband's name with an entirely different email address. This is the email address that is getting the offers.

You can try to set up something using your husbands name and email addy. That might get the offers coming your way

I called tonight and the gentleman I spoke with was very nice but not very knowledgeable. He quoted me the CBR with 20% off. Not as exciting as the Poly but I'll think about it. I didn't put any $ down on the quote.
