Ooooooooooh! I remember Romper Room, too! I always wanted them to see me in the Magic Mirror.

There was a local children's show in the Boston area during late 50's early 60's called "Big Brother Bob Emory". I remember sitting in front of the TV with my glass of milk every day. Big Brother Bob would have a salute the Flag and a toast to the President (Eisenhower) and he asked all of us little ones to raise our glasses of milk in a toast.

There was another Boston kid's show that I used to watch called "Boomtown" with Rex Trailer.

"Land of Play"
"Romper Room"
"Captain Kangaroo"

Also remember watching "American Bandstand" at a real young age with my Mom, and "The Ed Sullivan Show" and I'd watch "Combat" and "Perry Mason" with my Dad when I got a bit older. Oh, and "My Mother the Car"....so many good old shows, I wish TV Land would run a few of those...
