Anyone know what SSR costs per point today if buying direct from Disney?

For new members, with the minimum point buy in at 160, it is $112.00 minus a $13.00 discount ($99.00 per point).

If you have a member referral, you can also get EITHER a 3 day cruise, an additional $6.00 off per point, or 2 AP's if you put a 15% deposit on a Disney Visa card.

SSR in particular is worth a good look on resale market. Even though you'd pay closing costs/fees the savings could still be quite significant over buying direct from Disney(even with incentives) and also, you do not have to abide by minimum purchase requirement so you may buy-in to DVC with less than 160 points. Take the time to compare & run all the numbers.
