I know you are kidding (and LOL, BTW), but you would be shocked at just how many homes contain just that. We live in a really nice neighborhood, all houses in the >$1.5 mil price range, and there were 2 houses with hoarders within a block, one where the junk caught fire and killed the occupants, and a meth house across the street. The police rolled in one night, arrested everyone, and rolled a dumpster in. The whole place was cleaned out in about 48 hours. The contractor that flipped the place couldn't believe how much surveillance equipment they left behind.a meth lab.
That's amazing they cleaned it up so quickly. A friend had a rental house and got a letter from the Police saying they had raided the house and arrested the tenants. It took a couple of months just to get the permits to start the cleanup of the chemicals. Then he had to find licensed removal contractors.I know you are kidding (and LOL, BTW), but you would be shocked at just how many homes contain just that.
