I have read and heard tons of stuff and wondering if anyone is positively sure about what is open and what isn't.

1. What time are the parks open in Nov?
2. Are there any water parks open? Which one(s)?
3. Are there early-entry or late-night rides available?
4. What is the electrical parade?
5. Are there any parades or fireworks in Nov?
6. Are they very strict about opening/closing times at the parks or is it just a ballpark figure?

I ask all these questions because I have heard that the parks are open from 9-6, someone else said 8-6, someone else said that they close by 5; someone said that there aren't any fireworks or any light shows in the fall, someone else said not to miss the "electrical parade"?? I read that each park as early entry on a certain day, someone said there's no early entry during value season. I AM SO CONFUSED!!!!!!!

We are visiting in Nov. too. I am also confused about times because I would like to have a schedule. I did call Disney directly and ask your same questions. I was told:

Value season operating hours can change without notice - so check daily while you are there.

One Water Park will be open - Blizzard Beach - but they can close it if they determine the weather is too cold.

Fireworks are nightly - weather permitting - at MK, Epcot & MGM, expect them to be scheduled early - like 6:30 for Epcot's Illuminations.

Park operating hours should be available next month. They will have EE days but probably not E-ride nights.

Those were the answers I received.

I have been many times early Nov, and have always seen Illuminations at 9pm. I guess it is possible to have the fireworks at MK at 6:30 if it were dark enough, but I don't remember that happening either. Most times we went, the MK fireworks were only scheduled on the weekend, but with the new show that may have changed for this year. I have seen Fantasmic at 8:30pm, I believe that is they earliest I have seen it, but it may run earlier.

We were there Nov 2000. MK was open at 8:00 EE and closed at 7:00; fireworks were only on Friday night at 7:00 p.m., electric light parade.

Epcot was 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with Ill at 9:00 p.m. nightly

AK was 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

MGM was 9:00 to 8:00 p.m. with 8:30 p.m. being Fantasmic.

It seems these times changed from day to day while we were there. I know MK was open early at 8:00 at least 2 days while we were there.

We are returning in late Nov. to early Dec. and hope that we will be able to see some fireworks.

From past experience being there in Nov of last year, I remember Typhoon Lagoon was closed for refurbishment, and I know that the Epcot Fireworks were still on, because as the towncar made its way past Epcot on our way to ASMO the evening we arrived, we were greeted by fireworks, and boy did that make my day!!!!!! I can't remember anything else at the moment tho.

Jules

I've heard that Typhoon Lagoon will be open in November, but not Blizzard Beach this year becuase of a planned expansion at TL. As far as I know, EE should still be in effect.
