We read Seperate Peace too. I didn't find Gene a very interesting character. I would have like him better if his name was Ferb.

I would die if his name was Ferb, haha. That'd be so cool. I haven't even read the book yet, but on the worksheet I have for it already answered the question "Who is your favorite character?" with 'Phineas' because anybody with that name is cool in my book.

When I saw 'Phineas' I totally thought of Phineas and Ferb XD

I am looking forward to this. The Cybermen at the Doctor Who Experience were awesome. They stood on either side of the passageway that leads to the room before the way out. One had a brain, which was weird.

I would die if his name was Ferb, haha. That'd be so cool. I haven't even read the book yet, but on the worksheet I have for it already answered the question "Who is your favorite character?" with 'Phineas' because anybody with that name is cool in my book.

Maybe replace every mention of "Gene" with "Ferb" in the book, and see how that changes the story for you.
