I saw a post on my dash before saying "If a baby is born in the TARDIS, when is its birthday?" and everyone was all "omg idk" and I put "i’m guessing whatever day it is in like the mother’s timeline? so if like amy had a baby like a week after she’d gone on the tardis its birthday would be a week from the day she left? if that makes sense.."

I think you'd stick to the mother's timeline because otherwise the doctor person who does the birth certificate would think you're insane haha.
