I keep thinking about writing a WDW story where someone follows clues and stuff around the resort, and finding some sort of treasure. I just can't think of a way to make it thrilling. I know it all starts after the main character is on a special
D23 tour of rides related to Walt Disney in some way, and includes a walking tour through a couple of the attractions, and when taking notes (to make it easier to remember what he learnt on the tour I guess) on the walking part of the Haunted Mansion, he trips and drops them all on the floor. In his haste, he picks up a sheet from the ride and doesn't realise it until he's finished the tour. He shows it to his friend, and that's about as much as I'm certain about... I think I'll mix Kingdom Keepers and Stoneheart together, so whoever reads the sheet ends up in an alternate reality. Whenever they encounter something odd in this reality, the crowds around them disappear, leaving them alone to face whatever it is... I guess... Or this alternate reality has nobody in the parks. At least, nobody that they know of... Then I can have people appear who have been left stranded in this world for who-knows-how-long, who try to stop the 2 characters from escaping. That seems interesting. Anyway, the first clue requires them to get 3D glasses from Philharmagic. Although they're not any regular glasses. They're hidden in the arm rest of the chair directly in front of the hidden Mickey in the french horn. Then something goes wrong as the ride becomes more 3D then you really want it to... I also have plans to turn Journey Into Imagination into a dangerous ride, and the Kim Possible World Showcase Adventure coming into it as well.
Wheeeeeeeee, if only I could write well!
