I've went fishing once in my life. I couldn't do it. It was too sad for me.

I remember one of my elementary school teachers explaining how traditional fishing, with the hook and everything, worked. It sounds unpleasant.

We go fishing whenever we go to the mountains.
I don't like it because
1. I'm a terrible fisher and I never catch anything and everyone else is catching like 32943284 fish, 234324 turtles, etc.
2. I hate having to touch the worm ewwwwwwwww. I hate worms, but I feel bad when they're put onto the hook and killed and gross.
3. I'm afraid I'm going to get hit with the hook. I'm afraid it's going to poke me, I'm afraid it's going to get in my eye or something, I'm literally DEATHLY afraid of that.
4. I feel bad for the fish. We never keep them, we toss them back in... but... I mean... we're hurting them. And for what, our enjoyment? Fishing isn't even fun! It's like my opinion of hunting haha.

I sucked at it. I wouldn't touch the worm, either. It grossed me out. I caught maybe one, and I kept it in the water because I felt bad for it, but I couldn't get it off the hook bc it grossed me out. I just couldn't handle it at all. Fish aren't cute like other animals you hunt, but I still don't like it.
