Why books with American authors?
And my favourite series is the Airhead trilogy by Meg Cabot.
Also, The Vampire Diaries books are good.

Because my summer reading has to be of books with American authors, I don't know. And plus I can't stand reading books with all the different spellings

Most books I read that have American authors have been printed here so they have English spellings..

Well, the descriptive TRs are the best or the ones that have a lot of elements to them. I generally like reading ones with DISers around our age.
